Welcome to Affinity Auto Glass. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any related communications. By scheduling service, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the terms below.

2. Scope of Services

Affinity Auto Glass provides professional automotive glass services, including but not limited to:

  • Windshield repair

  • Windshield replacement

  • Side window replacement

  • Back glass replacement

  • ADAS calibration

  • Insurance claim assistance

All services are performed according to manufacturer standards and industry best practices.


3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change if:

  • Additional damage is discovered during service

  • Incorrect vehicle details were provided

  • Additional parts, moldings, clips, sensors, or calibrations are required

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.


4. Insurance Claims

We work directly with insurance companies; however:

  • The vehicle owner is ultimately responsible for all charges not covered by insurance.

  • Deductibles are the responsibility of the vehicle owner unless otherwise agreed.

  • Coverage determinations are made solely by the insurance provider.

We do not guarantee insurance approval.


5. Warranty

Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our workmanship against leaks and installation defects for as long as you own the vehicle, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Glass Manufacturer Warranty

Glass products may carry a separate manufacturer warranty against defects. This does not cover damage caused by impact, accidents, vandalism, or misuse.


6. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty is void if:

  • The vehicle has aftermarket modifications affecting glass installation areas.

  • There is post-factory wiring, remote starters, alarm systems, subwoofers, custom audio systems, or other non-factory modifications routed through or near glass panels.

  • Structural rust, frame damage, or prior improper repairs exist.

  • The vehicle is involved in an accident after service.

  • The customer fails to follow post-installation care instructions.

Any modifications outside of factory specifications may interfere with proper installation and safety systems and void all guarantees.


7. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)

Many vehicles require calibration after windshield replacement.

  • Calibration services may be required for safety features to function properly.

  • We are not responsible for malfunctioning systems if calibration is declined by the customer.

  • The customer acknowledges that driving without required calibration may affect vehicle safety systems.


8. Mobile Service Disclaimer

For mobile services:

  • The customer must provide a safe, level, and accessible workspace.

  • Weather conditions may delay service.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe working conditions.


9. Pre-Existing Damage

Affinity Auto Glass is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing rust, corrosion, or structural damage

  • Interior damage caused by prior leaks

  • Electronic malfunctions unrelated to glass replacement

  • Breakage of brittle moldings, clips, or trim due to age or wear

Some moldings and clips may not be reusable due to manufacturer design.


10. Post-Installation Care

After installation, customers must:

  • Avoid car washes for at least 24 hours

  • Leave retention tape in place as directed

  • Avoid slamming doors for 24 hours

  • Follow all technician instructions

Failure to follow care instructions may void warranty coverage.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law:

  • Affinity Auto Glass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

  • We are not responsible for loss of use, rental expenses, towing, or diminished value claims unless required by law.


12. Appointment Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Parts availability

  • Vehicle misidentification

We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.


13. Website Use

All website content is provided for informational purposes only. Pricing, availability, and services may change without notice.

Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.


14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina.


15. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling service, signing a work order, or allowing work to begin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
